About our fudge
Where is your fudge made?
Our NZ fudge is handcrafted in our local store on 40 HeuHeu Street, Taupo. Pop in to watch us make fresh, delicious goodness right in front of your eyes.
Is your fudge gluten free?
Our fudge is made on site and may contain traces of nuts and gluten. We have added allergen information for each flavour to each product page on this website.
Can I suggest a new / custom flavour?
Absolutely! Jump on our Facebook page and leave a comment with your flavour suggestion. We're always happy to try new and exciting flavours.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we can gift-wrap your fudge online order for that perfect sweet surprise. For more information please see our fudge gift wrapping page.
Do you do bulk orders for corporate events and parties?
Yes, we do! We can cater to corporate and private events and supply a range of fudge platters with your choice of flavours.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer electronic gift cards, that can be redeemed for any products available in our online store. They make a wonderful gift for when you want to leave the choice of flavours up to the recipient. For more information check out our NZ fudge gift card.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within New Zealand comes at a flatrate of $6.50 per order and can take up to 3 business days. We use NZ Post for all fudge deliveries within NZ.
Shipping to overseas addresses is currently not available.
How long does shipping take?
If we have your selected flavours ready in store, your order will ship within 24 hours. If we need to make your fudge first, it can take up to 48 hours before your order ships.
Once it's ready, we use NZ Post for all fudge deliveries within NZ. Domestic delivery from our Taupo fudge shop can take up to 3 business days.
Will the parcel be tracked?
Yes, your fudge delivery will be securely shipped and tracked. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has left our store.
Do you ship to addresses outside of New Zealand?
Unfortunately we do not currently offer shipping to addresses outside of New Zealand.
Can I pick up my online order in-store?
Sure you can. Just select 'Pick-up' during checkout, and we'll let you know when your order is ready. When you get to our store on 40 HeuHeu Street, just present your order number at pick up.
Where do you ship from?
All fudge deliveries are shipped from our physical store at 40 HeuHeu Street, Taupo, New Zealand.
